Ms Qhamisinkosi Manzini is an experienced education and organisational‑management specialist with more than 30 years of expertise in staff leadership, curriculum administration, policy development, and professional development programmes. Her career reflects a deep commitment to people development, organisational coordination, and values‑based leadership core pillars of effective HR consulting.
She holds a Senior Primary Teacher’s Diploma, an Honours Degree in Education (Management, Research, Curriculum Studies, Instructional Science), and a Business & Computer Studies qualification, giving her a strong academic and practical foundation in organisational leadership and human‑capital development.
As a senior educator, Ms Manzini managed curriculum delivery, supervised staff, controlled examinations, supported policy formulation, and ensured compliance with departmental standards and Batho Pele principles. She has facilitated educator workshops, coordinated departmental committees, managed school resources, and contributed to strategic planning and operational improvement.
Her organisational strengths include planning and hosting meetings, coordinating programmes, organising educational tours and stakeholder engagements, and leading school‑wide events. She has also facilitated programmes addressing HIV & AIDS, substance abuse, and learner welfare demonstrating her holistic approach to people development.
